Case Study

Project Title - Renovated Church

Application Used - W20 Windows

DescriptionThis previously abandoned church has been recently refurbished by Newport Pagnell Construction in a small village within the heart of Bedfordshire. Starting life as a local community church this has undergone complete restoration and refurbishment into luxury apartments with a selection of the existing windows being replaced to increase light and include ventilation into the properties.

With the use of our W20 section we have managed to manufacture large windows to replace the existing stained glass windows which were in need of repair, increasing the light into the building and also allowing a selection of the windows to open for ventilation purposes. These windows have all been finished with our matt black powder coating and accompanied with bronze toned locking fittings with the use of toughened 16mm double glazed units to help with both efficiency and acoustic improvement. I'm sure you will agree that these windows look stunning within this application and show the limits of what is possible with steel windows in the modern day.
