Bespoke and Period Metal Casement Windows

Many pre-war metal window casements and doors are suffering from distortion, deep seated rust and general corrosion. These custom made casements were manufactured prior to galvanising and powder coating techniques, which protects and preserves today’s modern product.

Often these metal window casements are fitted into listed facades and buildings of great historical and national importance, many being of unique design. Their slim sections are a significant and important feature of our overall architectural heritage.

Unfortunately unsympathetic and thoughtless replacement of these worn casements have caused irreversible disfigurement to much of the country’s building stock. However at Cotswold casements we recognise the importance of maintaining a buildings heritage. In almost all instances we can find creative but logical ways of replacing the metal casements with both the original designs of the window and the modern steel techniques. Our metal casements have the additional benefits of galvanising, weather stripping, polyester powder coating and double glazing, as they preserve both the buildings special characteristics and its beauty.

Cotswold Casements' experienced staff are available to assess the feasibility and needs of your requirements. Our steel, bespoke metal windows are manufactured in our factory at Moreton-in-Marsh and made to suit each individual order.

When you place an order, you will receive a visit from our surveyor, and all aspects of the order such as sizes, details, design and delivery forecast are agreed prior to manufacture of your custom metal casements and windowsArchitectural Windows are manufactured from either flat iron, angle section, W20 range or ‘F’ Range all to suit each project.
